Welcome to Raising Brilliant Black Boys, a movement rooted in love, education, and advocacy. We are a 501c3, nonprofit organization committed to disrupting the school-to-prison pipeline, narrowing the literacy gap, and empowering Black boys to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

We believe that brilliance is already within our boys—our mission is to nurture it, amplify it, and remove the barriers that seek to dim their light.

While our primary focus is on uplifting Black boys, we firmly believe in equity, inclusion, and the power of education to transform lives across all communities. We welcome and support all families, advocates, and allies who share our vision of a future where every child, regardless of race, is empowered to succeed. We believe in the potential of every child, and our commitment to diversity ensures that every voice is valued and every brilliant mind has the opportunity to shine.
